All About Me Popsicle
All About Me Popsicles are an easy all about me project that can be used at the beginning of the year and make a great back to school bulletin board.
Students will answer a series of get to know you questions then will turn it into a writing project to hang in the hallway or share with each other.
This is a fun and easy way for you to get to know your students.
If you are looking for a more intensive unit, try this 10 day character unit jam packed with beginning of the year activities.
Discuss what makes them special, rules at school, things they want you to know about them, and more.
Google Slides All About Me
Knock out teaching students technology skills and getting to know your students with this fun virtual option. All teaching videos are included.
You will not only get to know your students, but they will get a full Google Slides tutorial including how to add videos, make bulleted lists, add text boxes, add images and more.
All About Me Writing Activity
If you are looking for a writing project that is a little more specific to your students, try this all about me writing activity.

This project is great because there are tons of different people to choose from that are inclusive of all students.
These make a great bulletin board for back to school night!
Find Someone Who
Do you need a quick and easy get to know you activity for the first day of school?
Find someone who is a fun game where students talk to each other to find out more about their classmates.
This game takes about 20 minutes and assures that all of your students get to meet each other while highlighting various talents in your classroom.
Picture Perfect Summer Project
Students are going to want to share ALL about their summer vacations! Give them the space to do that with this fun summer writing project.
Your kids will brainstorm different things they did over the summer, then combine it into a fun writing craft to share either as a bulletin board or in a sharing circle on the carpet.
Meet the Teacher Flip Book (Print & Digital)
It is equally important for you to get to know your students as it is for your students and parents to get to know you.
If you are planning a meet the teacher night or just need a quick way for parents to get to know you, be sure to check out this fully editable meet the teacher flip book.
You can read more about what you want to include in this flip book and at meet the teacher night as well.
All About Me Glyph Art Project
If you want to do a fun art project with your kiddos, try doing an all about me glyph.
A glyph is fun because you start by telling your students they are going to be doing a project about themselves.. and then really it is a funny drawing that looks nothing like them.
However, it is a great way to learn about your students’ favorite interests and their families. You can grab this for FREE by signing up for my email list.
