Looking for the perfect Christmas writing activity for your class? All aboard for a polar experience on the Winter Express! Students will love coming up with imaginative narratives about their North Pole experience on the polar train, the “Winter Express”. This is PERFECT for the day or week before winter break.
Ideas for Use:
Students will read a book about taking an express train on a polar experience. Then, they will brainstorm ideas as a class on potential problems and solutions that could occur on the Winter Express train.
Students can then take their brainstormed list through the writing process and publish into 3 separate Winter Express train crafts – from very simple to very detailed! All 3 activities make a great Christmas bulletin board.
This resource is LOADED with differentiated pages for students from grades kindergarten all the way through fifth grade. This makes an excellent resource to use school-wide (please purchase the correct number of licenses).
